All forms must be completed before the first day of tryouts, July 29th, in order to participate! This is non-negotiable. Details are at the right below for eligibility.
What to bring:
2. Cheer shoes/sneakers
3. Headshot [Does not need to be professional, selfies are acceptable]
4. Completed Cheer Packet
5. Copy of provider insurance
6. Physical - must be NCHSAA form [all other physicals will not be able to participate]
What to wear:
1. Athletic shorts
2. Athletic tank
3. Hair pulled away from face [ponytail or half up half down]
4. Bows are optional but encouraged
On the final day of tryouts, girls should come in all black.
Join Coach Callahan and Coach Jenkins from Myers Park Cheer this June 2020 to prep and fine-tune your skills before tryouts! Gain instruction from former and current collegiate and professional cheerleaders and dancers, MP Cheer Alumni, and find out what it takes to make your high school cheer team!
Through a 4 day clinic potential cheerleaders will work on the following skills:

3. Jump Sequences
5. Band/Sideline Dances
This clinic is open to ages 12-18 and all current, former, and aspiring cheerleaders!

Please make sure you read through the packet very carefully. There are many documents that need to be printed and filled out to be turned in the first day of try-outs. We look forward to seeing everyone at the end of July!
