Updated/Current Physicals Required (In-Season/Off-Season)
Parents and Players,
In order to participate in any in-season and/or off-season workouts including: Summer practices/workouts/scrimmages, Spring and Fall weight room workouts, tryouts, and team/individual workouts players MUST have a updated or current physical. Keep in mind that physicals are Year-to-Date (365). All physical forms can be printed and taken to either your primary physician/pediatrician and returned to Coach Moore. These documents can be located on at the bottom of this page in "Athletic Forms". Parents, please be sure to make a copy for your records.
