VARSITY PRACTICES: Mon-Fri from 2:30-4:15pm

JV PRACTICES: Mon-Fri from 4-5:30pm

Note: Alternate location and time is Revolution Turf Field from 3:00-4:30pm for both JV and Varsity

What to Bring/Wear:

• Sports clothing appropriate for the weather. Keep in mind that it gets dark around 6pm and will be cold toward the end of practice even if it is very warm during the day.
• Winter Hat - must have on hand for every practice!
• Gloves w/ Grip - must have on hand for every practice!
• Water bottle FULL of water
• Cleats AND Sneakers
• Molded Mouth Guard (Have at least 2)
• Goggles – will have loaners for the first week if you are new to the sport
• Stick – we will have loaners for the first week if you are new to the sport
