To participate in a SUMMER WORKOUT, the athlete must have a CURRENT PHYSICAL  and have completed TICKET TO PLAY with Hough Athletic Department.

We don't have a official start date as of yet.  Please check back for that date.

Below you will find the North Carolina High School Athletic Association Physical form.  We must have a current form on file (within the last year).  If you are coming from middle school, the HS form is different.  It must be on the HS form.

Ticket to Play - Ticket to Play is currently open and must be complete in order to participate in any summer activities.  This included Column A and Column B.
